Cardboard production

We offer the development and manufacture of customised cardboard packaging with finishing from a minimum order quantity of 1,000 pieces. This ranges from small jewellery boxes (40x40x15 mm) to large shoe boxes (500x400x100 mm). We support you in the design and production of your packaging. If you already have individual parts such as paper or cardboard blanks, we can finish them quickly and cost-effectively with our cardboard coating machines. Projects we have completed include game packaging, cutlery boxes, gift boxes, shoe boxes and beverage cartons.

Plastics manufacturing

We offer injection moulding directly at our production site in Lahr/Black Forest and manufacture high-quality boxes made of plastic, recycled plastic and bioplastic. We can produce customised plastic boxes in quantities of 1,000 or more. If you already have a finished mould, we can offer you complete production, including embossing, assembly and packaging, with machines that have a clamping force of 60 to 320 tonnes.

Contract packaging

We take care of packaging, fitting and logistics for you. You deliver the products and we take care of filling the sales packaging directly in production, eliminating additional transport routes and production steps and saving you time and money. When it comes to equipment, we offer a wide range of insert materials such as cotton wool, foam or thermoformed inserts, which we customise for your product. Using state-of-the-art technology, we manufacture precisely fitting, die-cut inserts to provide the optimal packaging solution.

Logistics

With decades of experience in warehousing and shipping, we are the ideal partner for your logistics handling, right through to the point of sale. We take care of full loads, pallet or parcel shipping and deliver directly to branches and end customers. For subscription commerce, we also offer the filling and shipping of your boxes directly to end customers.
