PLASTIC PACKAGING

Injection moulding.
Step by step.
In injection moulding, plastic granulate is heated until it melts. The liquid mass is then pressed into a precise mould under high pressure. Once the material cools, it hardens. The mould opens, the part falls out – done.
Sounds simple? It's not. To ensure that everything fits perfectly, temperature, pressure and cooling time must be perfectly coordinated. This is the only way to produce components that are not only stable but also dimensionally accurate and of consistent quality. And best of all, the entire process runs every second.
The big advantage: almost any shape and size can be produced – from classic cases to unusual special solutions. And all with very little material waste.

Injection moulding - made in Germany
Yes, plastic packaging can also be inexpensive and high-quality – if you do it right. Our fully automated injection moulding takes place directly in-house. This not only saves time, but often makes our production even cheaper than in the Far East.
Whether coin capsules, coin cases, plastic boxes or cases – we manufacture in series, with consistent quality and short distances. And because everything happens in-house, you have full control over design, colour and process.
Just as you wish
Standard is a thing of the past. With our large tool pool, we offer you a huge selection of shapes, sizes, series and colours – perfectly matched to jewellery, watches, coins, medals & decorations.
Want something truly unique? No problem. For orders above a certain quantity, we are happy to produce in your desired colour. This transforms functional packaging into a genuine brand ambassador – exactly as you need it.

Customer reference: Fink Orfebres
We have developed a customised packaging solution for our customer Fink Orfebres, a renowned manufacturer of high-quality jewellery: A white bio plastic box with an elegant logo print and integrated QR code on the lid.
The clear design language and the elegant look of the box emphasise the premium character of the brand and at the same time create practical added value - the QR code combines the physical product with digital content.

Sustainable plastic
When they think of plastic, many people first think of waste. We think further ahead and show what resource-saving packaging can look like today.
We also produce packaging made from recycled plastic, such as the 1700 FUTURA series. We are also happy to develop customised and sustainable solutions made from recycled plastic for well-known brands on request.
Another advantage: our injection moulding process produces virtually no waste. Anything that cannot be used directly – such as so-called bridges or scrap boxes – ends up in the shredder. The shredded material is then recycled and re-injected in a different colour.

Bioplastic made from corn starch
With the 1560 EARTH series, we have set new standards for sustainable packaging. We were the first on the market to use bioplastic made from corn starch for high-quality packaging – a bold step at a time when sustainability was not yet a trend.
The bio-based plastic does not require any fossil raw materials, is biodegradable and just as functional as conventional materials. A strong alternative – for anyone who wants to take responsibility and package their products consciously.

Packaging without coating
Sometimes you don't need anything extra. Our packaging without coating focuses on pure functionality and clear design. Most of these are boxes or cases that do exactly what they are supposed to do: protect and present in style. They are particularly popular in the jewellery industry and for coins, medals and decorations.
Good to know: On request, we can also manufacture many of our standard sizes in your desired colour – using injection moulding, subject to a minimum quantity. We will be happy to clarify the minimum quantity on a case-by-case basis. Simply get in touch with us!
The best thing about it: each of these packages is produced in our own factory in the Black Forest – 100% made in Germany. For quality you can rely on.

Packaging with coating
Are you looking for high-quality plastic packaging that looks good, lasts a long time and remains affordable? Our coated boxes and cases are perfect for this. The sturdy plastic core ensures shape and durability – finished with high-quality materials and manufactured in the Far East. Unbeatable value for money.
From classic sharp-corner boxes such as the 5510 series, to sustainable versions with rPET (e.g. the 5520 series), to elegant designs with a metallic look such as the 5530 series – you will find the right format for your brand here. Round packaging such as our ROUND series and innovative designs such as FRAME are also part of this line.

Frequently asked
questions
Bioplastics are plastics that are made entirely or partly from renewable raw materials, such as corn starch, sugar cane, wood fibres or vegetable oils. The big difference to conventional plastics is that no petroleum is needed for their production. This conserves fossil resources and reduces the carbon footprint right from the production stage.
The bioplastic we use – for example in the 1560 EARTH series – is made from corn starch and is not only bio-based but also biodegradable. This means that under certain conditions, the material can decompose over time and break down without leaving any residue.
Bioplastic is therefore a genuine alternative for anyone who wants sustainable packaging without compromising on quality, function or design.
