Custom boxes are not picked from a fixed range, they are designed and manufactured around your product. The dimensions, the material, the print and the finishing follow what the packaging has to present and protect. The product stays in place, the packaging looks high-quality and carries your brand outwards. At LESER everything runs through one manufacturer that carries out each step in-house, and it starts at small quantities from 10 units.
Customer project: slip lid box with wings for Santa Teresa
For Santa Teresa we manufactured an imposing slip lid box with wings that open to the sides. Deep black on the outside with an elegant embossing, lined on the inside in a bright red that creates the contrast. The construction underlines the shape of the bottle, and the real effect comes when it is opened: the wings clear the view of the red interior.
Customer project: silver magnetic box for SkinCeuticals
For SkinCeuticals we manufactured a magnetic box in a refined silver with precise logo printing. A black ribbon sets an elegant contrast and gives the packaging additional value. The result is a high-quality unboxing experience that matches the product and the brand.

Precise print in CMYK, Pantone or RAL, suited to larger runs.
Your motif is printed directly onto the packaging, ideal for small runs.
Foil in gold, silver or special colours, with a visual and tactile effect.
Lamination
Matt or gloss, protects the surface against moisture and scratches.
Spot UV varnish
Applied selectively to individual motifs, for contrast between gloss and matt.
Inserts and padding
They hold the product in place and protect it inside the packaging.
